HERE'S TO AN AWESOME 2010!
Vintage 2010 has started in the Swartland.
We started on Friday 5th February with Chenin blanc for our Straw Wine, and are now fully into the white wines.
So far it looks to be a very promising vintage... lets hope the cool weather continues and that when it comes to picking and fermentation, we get as much as possible right!!!
